All Marketing Matters

So, the awesome people at Infinity Ward single-handedly ended all racism on our beloved planet. Do I hear applause?

I hope not. Sorry, but what I see is not support for equality and real fight against racism and discrimination of all forms. I see a marketing stunt that can be done by skilled development team in few days that will result only in people from Nigeria being banned for nothing.

I do not have a strong opinion about impact of racism in games, I respect any change that would make our community better and more friendly though. But if we want to do something about the inequality, it is definitely not virtual space where we should begin. How many people of color is sitting in the board of Activision? Infinity Ward? Other american companies?
