What I want from Season 4

I am playing games for long time. First game I recall playing was International Karate.

I am not writing this to boast or get respect for how old I am. I wanted to give some perspective to my thoughts, that might sound weird sometimes. But, folks, I remember how easily the PS guys dismissed the idea of having FPS on consoles. Weird ideas sometimes win.

I wanted Duos, I want stable servers that don't ruin the game, I want most of things I read on internets. But if there is one thing I want to have in the game it is weather. Not as a visual thing, game is gorgeous already. I want weather like fog and night and rain, that will affect the strategy you use in the game. Some of us will hate, that's for sure, so it should be introduced as an optional mode, but it is actually nothing new in the world of games. Left for Dead 2 had a rain, there is an important element of weather in Mad Max, Skyrim used it little for atmosphere.

You will crawl silently in a night and first morning light will let you open on that horrible open space in front of Airfield.

You will get a great position on Tower, waiting to snipe all the poor folks running from gas. And then, fog will arrive, ruining both your current strategy and loadout.

Some weapons could be less precise in rain. Sandstorm would be able to break more delicate weapons. Dust will affect your sight the simlar way flashbang does.

Sure, all those will make you angry at the moment, but it will also add a level of complexity to the way we think about strategy in game. And if you figure out situation better, the feeling will be even more rewarding. Let it sink.
